Terms & Conditions
Base price covers cleaning and flushing up to 100 linear feet of accessible gutters/downspouts on standard single-story homes.
Standard rate for homes with safe ladder access, minimal debris, standard pitch.
Extra charges for steep/complex roofs, multi-story access, excess debris, gutter guards (see Add-Ons).
Customers must provide access, clear breakables. Unsafe conditions may incur fees/rescheduling. Gutter repairs/guard removal/drainage clearing are optional add-ons.
If Customer does not supply a water source then we are unable to flush out the gutter or test for leaks

Basic labor to clean gutters with favorable site conditions. Remove debris from gutters no higher than 10 ft above ground, clean and replace filter screens, check proper water drainage. Clean light staining and dirt from visible gutter surfaces. Repairs not included. Includes planning, equipment and material acquisition, area preparation and protection, setup and cleanup.
