"My career began when I was able to use play tools at age 1. From the beginning I was born to lead a construction team, from onsite to in home, prescribing my formula for a better way of understanding the construction industry. Started working full time as a young teenager, and immediately began acquiring tools and knowledge to attain a long vision of my life goal to running my own contracting business. In 2008, at the age of 25, I began Reale Construction as a DBA. Building my company from the ground up through 911, an economic recession and still maintaining business through COVID19 and continuing to expand. With the sole purpose of providing the highest quality craftmanship, standing behind our product the real guarantee in Reale Construction. 14 years as a Dba, roughly 2 years working for Baxter built as an employee including the original Bounce and neighboring business crunch fitness in 2013. While running a new LLC in 2016 with a partner, my business remodeled Baxter Builts’ entire 5 floor building on Garden street in Poughkeepsie changing framing, drop ceilings, and finished walls, doors, hardware, etc.. In addition to installing soffits and decorative features to exterior. In 2016 also built a 2,000 sq’ mezzanine and a 1000 sq’ paint booth for Todd over at Gloede Neon Signs Ltd. Following a downfall with my partner and parting ways. In 2018 I built and supervised all trades to build a Red Mango/Nestle Toll house Café from empty space; Full running capacity in New city, NY. I saw to all construction aspects and maneuvering between trades, vendors, customer, and general contractor. Every job I have completed until now has prepared me for the next. Learning taking the hard road is not always recommended but when that road is completed, roads mean nothing only character and integrity remain."
