    • Surgically Strategic & Safe Removal of Damaged Shingle(s)

    • Professional Shingle Installation & Area Integrity Check

    • Disposal of Removed Shingles & task specific debris

    • Leaving A Leak Free Roof You Can Now Relax Knowing You’re Covered

  • Add-Ons

    • Steep/multi-story/difficult access: +$125–$850 (Quoted at contractors discretion)

    • Multi layer repairs (quoted separately)

    • Custom/specialty shingles or flashing (quoted separately)

    • Roof decking- replace up to 32 sq’ of roof decking; 4’x8’ sheet of 19/32” CDX; includes Materials/Labor/Disposal: +$175/per 32 sq’

    • Extra Asphalt Shingles: +$40-65/bundle (not including special order)

    • Extra silicone/tar: +$10 per tube

    • Repairs over 34 sq’ (quoted per job)

    • Gutter cleaning/repair (see Gutter Services)

    • Interior water damage or structural repairs (separate service quoted separately)

  • Terms & Conditions

    • Base price covers labor and materials for minor repair or patching of up to 1 Bundle of asphalt shingles

    • Does not include steep roofs, multi-story access or specialty shingles unless quoted as add-ons.

    • Only covers roof pitch up to 4/12 or below; above a 4/12 bid accordingly .

    • Customers must provide safe access and disclose roof issues in advance. All work subject to weather and safety conditions. Warranty applies to new work only, not pre-existing damage or leaks from other sources.

    • This repair estimate consists of one section of the clients roof. If there are multiple sections that need to be repaired then we will need to estimate based on the contractor's discretion. Use custom quote form here.

  • Provide safe/clear roof access, remove items below work area, notify of pets/obstacles, disclose all roof issues in advance
