Base price covers labor to remove one standard-sized, exterior door and install a new customer-supplied door slab in an existing compatible frame (single door only).
Door/hardware (lockset, hinges, weatherstripping) must be on site and confirmed compatible.
No painting/finishing/new framing/threshold/storm/security door install unless add-on. Major adjustments, double doors, sidelights, or non-standard doors require add-on or separate quote.
Clear, accessible, weather-protected work area appreciated.
Return visits for missing items/incomplete prep billed at standard rates.
