Terms & Conditions
Base price covers install of up to 8 linear feet of straight, primed pine/MDF trim/molding (max 10’ height) on accessible surfaces.
Profile/type must be specified in advance; customer can supply custom/specialty material (quoted as add-on).
No painting/finishes/demolition/removal unless quoted.
Add'l footage/heights/curves/specialty profiles billed as add-ons. Area must be clean/accessible; furniture moved at least 3’ from walls. Delays/returns due to incomplete prep billed hourly.
Clear work area, move furniture 3’ from walls, have material on site/confirm order, remove items from walls, secure pets
