Terms & Conditions

Base price covers cleaning and flushing up to 100 linear feet of accessible gutters/downspouts on standard single-story homes.

Standard rate for homes with safe ladder access, minimal debris, standard pitch.

Extra charges for steep/complex roofs, multi-story access, excess debris, gutter guards (see Add-Ons).

Customers must provide access, clear breakables. Unsafe conditions may incur fees/rescheduling. Gutter repairs/guard removal/drainage clearing are optional add-ons.

If Customer does not supply a water source then we are unable to flush out the gutter or test for leaks
