  • Terms & Conditions

    • Base price covers labor to remove one standard-sized,  exterior door and install a new customer-supplied door slab in an existing compatible frame (single door only).

    • Door/hardware (lockset, hinges, weatherstripping) must be on site and confirmed compatible.

    • No painting/finishing/new framing/threshold/storm/security door install unless add-on. Major adjustments, double doors, sidelights, or non-standard doors require add-on or separate quote.

    • Clear, accessible, weather-protected work area appreciated.

    • Return visits for missing items/incomplete prep billed at standard rates.

  • Clear work area, have door/hardware on site, confirm fit/compatibility, remove items, secure pets, weather-protect as needed
