What We Do With Awnings & Outdoor Structures
We build and install outdoor shade structures for high-end residential properties—from retractable awnings and pergolas to covered deck systems and patio shelters. Our work includes structural mounting for fixed or retractable awnings, proper ledger flashing where the system meets the home, and reinforced framing when freestanding posts are required. We construct pergolas with correctly sized footings, pressure-treated or cedar framing, and detailed trim work to match the home’s exterior. We install patio covers with aluminum, wood, or composite framing and durable roofing panels designed for shade and weather protection. Every installation includes proper hardware selection, moisture protection at connection points, and coordination for optional features such as lighting or motorized controls.
