Free initial on-site consultation and design review for the first hour on qualified local projects.
Measurement of the actual roof edges, gutters, peaks, doorways, trees, railings, and other areas selected for lighting.
Lighting-layout recommendations including warm white, cool white, multicolor, and custom combinations.
Inspection and testing of customer-supplied lights and accessories before installation. Customer-provided materials
must be complete, outdoor-rated, compatible, and in working condition.
Professional installation using standard clips and mounting hardware appropriate to the approved scope.
Extension-cord routing and standard timer placement when a compatible outdoor outlet is available.
Ladder-access evaluation and safety review before work begins. Unsafe or unsuitable roof/access conditions may
require a revised scope or may be declined.
For CDRX-supplied lighting: one standard in-season maintenance visit for normal failure of CDRX-supplied lighting is
included. Storm, animal, client-caused, electrical/outlet, or added-scope issues are excluded.
Optional takedown, labeling/packing, seasonal storage, gutter cleaning, tree wrapping, greenery, timers, and custom-
display upgrades.Final quotes are based on measured decorated footage, height, access, lighting type, materials, and design complexity.
CDRX calculates the scope internally and presents the customer with one clear project price.
Install customer-owned compatible lights — 1 story: $4.75 per decorated linear foot; $525 minimum.
Install customer-owned compatible lights — 2 story: $6.25 per decorated linear foot; $625 minimum.
CDRX-supplied standard LED/string lighting purchased by customer — 1 story: $5.75 per decorated linear foot; $650
minimum.
CDRX-supplied standard LED/string lighting purchased by customer — 2 story: $7.25 per decorated linear foot; $750

Premium custom-fit/commercial roofline lighting — starting at $8.50 per foot for standard 1-story access and $10.50
per foot for standard 2-story access. Final product and price are confirmed before booking.
CDRX-owned full-season lighting service — starting at $8.00 per foot for standard 1-story installations and $9.50 per
foot for standard 2-story installations. Includes seasonal use, installation, one standard maintenance visit, takedown,
labeling/packing, and basic seasonal storage.

125-ft Raised Ranch Installation Package — $725 starting price. Includes up to 125 decorated feet of CDRX-supplied
standard LED/string lighting purchased by the customer, standard clips, one standard extension cord, one basic
mechanical timer, straightforward accessible front-elevation installation, and one standard in-season product-failure
visit. Takedown and storage are optional and separate.
125-ft Raised Ranch Full-Season CDRX-Owned Package — $995 starting price. Includes seasonal use of the
lighting, installation, one standard maintenance visit, standard takedown, labeling/packing, and one small tote of

NEIGHBORHOOD GROUP SAVINGS & REFERRALS
2 homes within 5 miles and scheduled as one coordinated route: 5% off the eligible installation portion, up to $50 per
home.
3–4 homes within 5 miles and scheduled as one coordinated route: 8% off the eligible installation portion, up to $75
per home.
5+ homes within 5 miles and scheduled as one coordinated route: 10% off the eligible installation portion, up to $100
per home.
Referral credit: $25 to the referring customer after a referred installation is completed and paid when the referred
property is not part of the same neighborhood group route.
Neighborhood group savings and referral credit do not stack on the same referred/grouped installation.
HOLIDAY-LIGHTING GUTTER CLEANING ADD-ON
1-story add-on gutter cleaning: $2.25 per linear foot; $175 minimum.
2-story add-on gutter cleaning: $3.00 per linear foot; $225 minimum.
Reduced add-on rates apply only with a booked Holiday Lighting installation. Standalone gutter cleaning is quoted
separately.
All prices are before applicable sales tax. Working taxable rates are 8.125% in Dutchess County and 8.0% in Ulster
County, subject to final job-site jurisdiction verification. Scheduling: Installation dates are subject to availability, weather, safe access, and product availability.
Consultation: The first hour of qualified local on-site consultation/design is free. Additional design time is $100 per
hour. Paid design time is credited toward the installation when the customer books within 7 days.
Quote validity: Unless otherwise stated, Holiday Lighting quotes are valid for 7 days and may require revision if
material prices, product availability, measurements, access, or requested scope changes. Payment: A 50% deposit is required to reserve the installation date and purchase/order materials. The remaining
50% is due on the scheduled installation day before work begins. Added work, revisions, or change orders are priced
separately.
Customer-owned materials: Customer-supplied lights, cords, timers, and accessories must be outdoor-rated,
complete, compatible, undamaged, and working. CDRX will inspect/test them before installation. Replacement,
troubleshooting, or procurement of missing/failed customer-owned materials is additional.
CDRX-supplied purchased materials: Lighting sold to the customer becomes customer property after purchase. One
standard in-season visit for normal failure of CDRX-supplied lighting is included during the installation season. Storm,
animal, client-caused, electrical/outlet, or added-scope issues are excluded.
CDRX-owned seasonal materials: Lighting identified as CDRX-owned remains property of CDRX and is supplied only
for the agreed seasonal service.
Takedown and storage: Takedown and storage are not included unless specifically listed in the customer’s package
or quote.
Access and property condition: Loose gutters, damaged fascia, unsafe roof surfaces, ice/snow, inaccessible areas,
electrical concerns, or other conditions may require a scope/price change or rescheduling.
Electrical: Holiday lighting requires suitable functioning outdoor electrical supply. Preliminary outlet/cord observations
are not an electrical inspection. Electrical repairs or new circuits are separate.
Changes: Added footage, different lighting selections, added trees/greenery, changed layout, or new access
requirements are documented and priced separately.
Tax: Applicable sales tax is added based on the job-site jurisdiction.
Weather and supplier delays: Weather, product availability, supplier delays, access limitations, and unsafe conditions
may affect scheduling. Clear driveways, walkways, and work areas of vehicles, snow, ice, decorations, and other obstructions before the
scheduled visit.
Unlock gates and provide access to all agreed exterior work areas.
Secure pets and advise CDRX of any property-access concerns.
Make outdoor electrical outlets accessible and identify any known outlet/GFCI issues before installation.
If supplying your own lights, cords, timers, or decorations, have all materials onsite, untangled, complete, and ready
for inspection/testing.
If possible, decide whether you prefer warm white, cool white, multicolor, or a custom combination before the design
consultation.
Advise CDRX of sprinkler heads, underground wiring, fragile landscaping, loose gutters/fascia, or other known
conditions in the work area.
For neighborhood group pricing, coordinate participating homes before scheduling so installations can be routed
together.
